Bagaimana Anda tahu jika Anda memiliki keputusan strategis?

"Apakah saya harus membeli Rolex?" seseorang pernah bertanya padaku.

"Kenapa kau menanyakan itu?" Saya bertanya? "Jika Anda ingin Rolex untuk membelinya."

"Ya, tapi kan harus berpikir strategis dalam pengambilan keputusan?"

"Ya, tapi apakah ini keputusan strategis?" Saya bertanya.

"Bagaimana saya tahu? Kau ahli ...!"


Jadi memulai percakapan dengan seorang teman. Apa yang benar-benar membuat untuk keputusan strategis, dan apa yang harus kita lakukan jika itu? Dalam artikel ini saya berbagi tiga kriteria yang kita gunakan untuk menilai apakah keputusan strategis atau tidak.


1. Apakah itu mempengaruhi Anda?

Jika keputusan Anda akan mempengaruhi orang-orang lain selain Anda atau kelompok Anda, maka keputusan strategis. Semakin banyak orang itu mempengaruhi, yang lebih strategis menjadi. Jadi, jika Anda membeli Rolex, hal itu akan mempengaruhi Anda?


2. Apakah biaya kesempatan tinggi?

Kriteria kedua adalah biaya kesempatan. Kami memahami bahwa biaya adalah nilai yang hilang dibawa dengan memilih salah satu pilihan di atas yang lain. Semakin Anda berdiri untuk "kehilangan" atas pilihan, semakin tinggi biaya kesempatan Anda. 3. Apakah ada dampak di masa depan
